Automated AV is a full service Custom Audio Video and Home Automation Provider. We specialize in the design and installation of home and commercial automation, structured wiring, whole house audio, commercial background/foreground audio, video distribution, lighting control, climate control, motorized window coverings, custom theaters, security systems, camera systems, paging systems, board rooms, huddle rooms, and much more.
It is our goal to design and install a system to meet your specific needs. Whether it be a simple pre-wire to the most elaborate fully integrated security, audio/video, or automation system, we will provide start to “future” support. Our products and knowledge speak for themselves, but our customer service is what sets us apart. Our professional staff will answer all of your questions and provide truly custom solutions for your individual needs.
Established in 2008, Automated AV has been in business for 10 years. We have evolved over the years to meet the needs of our clients and provide the very best systems, service, and support possible. With locations in Regina Saskatchewan and Red Deer Alberta, along with strategic partners in Manitoba and BC, we are well suited and experienced to handle systems across western Canada. We are lucky to have a great staff that truly cares about our clients and company. Through constant training and our passion for what we do, we are able to keep up with new technologies and explain them to our clients.
Right from the first customer consultation, it is evident we are here to support our clients. Through listening to what the client wants and answering all of their questions, our design process is well thought out and communicated. Throughout a project, we believe in communication and results. We strive to exceed expectations by doing what we say we will, completing projects on time, maintaining communication, and delivering on what we promise. At the end of a project this does not stop. In fact, after a system is complete we believe is where we truly set our self apart. DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION
Effective systems integration require careful planning, layout, and design. We offer advanced system design services. From automation control of various subsystems to fully themed home theaters, we are here to design and execute your systems just the way you envision them to be.

There are many elements to a professionally designed system. Many of these are performed behind the scenes. Though sometimes not visible, each and every part of the system design is important to the quality and success of the final project.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project Management is a critical but often overlooked service in many projects. Not so at Automated AV. Every project is assigned a project manager. Our project managers plan and coordinate each phase of the project and interface between all parties, from the builder to the supply house to the customer. They also ensure that outstanding attention to detail is followed on each and every project, no matter the size.
PROGRAMMING
A product’s user interface bridges the gap between technology and the user. Even the best quality system and equipment has little value if the customer finds it difficult or frustrating to use. For this reason, our team of in-house programmers work extensively with each project’s designer and client to ensure a quality product. This approach ensures that the user interface is consistent with the design intent from the beginning, and that the result meet the customer’s expectations.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
We are all about long term client relationships and providing exceptional support for our products and services. With each new project we enter into a relationship that typically lasts many years. Our extended maintenance programs provide ongoing and preventative maintenance, system upgrades, and consultation on new innovations.
